What's are some personality traits that you would like to improve about your self?
I have a few (imagine that):
1. I have alot of resentment towards people who have hurt me in the past. I would really like to learn how to be able to let the past be the past and move forward.
2. I tend to allow myself to be used and walked all over by people alot because I'm non-confrontational and I don't like to tell people no. I'd like to learn how to stand up for myself and speak up when something someone is doing is bothering me.
3. I'm overly sensitive and get my feelings hurt way too easily. I'd like to be more thick-skinned.
4. I base my feelings about myself on what other people think about me. And I automatically assume that everyone thinks that I'm lame. I'd like to feel more positive about myself and have more self-confidence. I'd like to have a better self-image.
5. I would like to learn to start taking more chances in life and relationships and to start stepping out of my comfort zone more often.
6. I want to stop trying so hard to please people and be accepted, and I want to learn to just not care what people think about me

I have a personality?
For srs... i guess I tend to get too bureaucratic at work. it's annoying. even to me.
-I internalize my problems to the point that it hurts my health. I need to develop better coping mechanisms.
-I'm avoidant and this has been a HUGE problem. I need to be more proactive.
1. my anxiety issues, if I could fix them, would be much more manageable than they are now (which is to say, "BARELY").
2. I'd have much more patience and be less quick to get angry from frustration.
3. I'd stop trying so damn hard to make friends with EVERYBODY because not everybody is going to like me. tough. their loss.
4. I'd learn to be okay with feeling all of the emotions that I feel instead of being so scared of them.
